Police Have Identified A Suspect in Trooper Shooting Ambush

Police will issue a warrant as they continue to search for the suspect, who killed one trooper and critically wounded another.

A Pennsylvania law enforcement official says that they have identified a suspect in the ambush on trooper barracks late Friday night.

A warrant will be issued soon, but police are already looking for the suspect, according to The Associated Press.

The suspect killed 38-year-old Corporal Bryon Dickson and wounded Trooper Alex Douglass in a shooting that has been described as an ambush outside the Blooming Grove barracks around 10:50 p.m. Sept. 12.
