Trump Meets Putin; Virginia Execution; Baby Red Pandas: Patch Morning Briefing
Can you feel bad for an airline? How about a flight attendant? Meanwhile, Venus Williams plays and watch a van get swallowed by a sinkhole.

Short week! It's Friday. We hope you made it through without scars and you have good plans for the weekend. Either way, here are some stories for your Friday morning.
The First Date Everyone's Been Waiting For
It's kind of hard to believe they've never met, and the actual record is somewhat fuzzy on the issue. But on Friday, Presidents Trump and Putin will finally (?) sit down and meet in person. It comes on the heels of Trump's press-bashing trip to Poland. (Patch)

While Trump's In Europe, A Reminder Of His Business Success
Not really. A reminder of a failure. There was a liquidation sale at the Trump Taj Mahal, which is being demolished to make way for a Hard Rock Casino. In an announcement Thursday, Cirque said it is buying the iconic blue performing group, creating a strong entertainment partnership that should keep casinos and tourists happy. (Patch)
Heartbreaking End To Heartbreaking Story
It was an accident. That is the conclusion of the sheriff looking into the death of 7-month-old Sloan DeRosier. His mother posted about how he died in a blanket and the dangers of letting infants sleep with blankets. That's what the sheriff found, shooting down an attempt by anti-vaccination folk to hijack the story. (Patch)
