ā¢ Local Man Cited Following Early Morning Crash on Route 322 (explorevenango.com) ā State police in Meadville report that a 27-year-old Oil City man suffered suspected minor injuries when his car crossed into oncoming lanes and hit guide rails along Route 322 in West Mead Township early July 18. Troopers from the Meadville barracks say he was wearing a seat belt and declined transport. He was cited for failing to drive within a single lane.
