• iPad seller scammed in Mechanicsburg (newportdispatch.com) — Police are investigating after a Mechanicsburg resident on West Main Street lost money in an online iPad-selling scam involving a fake overpayment and PayPal business account setup. Authorities say the victim was instructed to refund supposed extra funds, never received legitimate payment, and then lost contact with the buyer. Anyone with information is urged to contact local police.
