2 Rescued From Delco House Fire Early Tuesday Morning: Reports

A house fire broke out in Chester Tuesday morning and firefighters saved two people from the blaze, according to reports.

CHESTER, PA – Two people were rescued from a burning house early Tuesday morning in Chester, according to reports.

Action News reports the blaze broke out at about 4 a.m. Tuesday at a home on the 500 block of Norris Street.

Two residents of the home, a mother and son, were rescued from the burning building by firefighters, according to CBS Philadelphia.

The pair were taken to a hospital for evaluation.

Crews had the fire under control by about 4:20 a.m.
