Empirical Embrace Counseling offers therapy services for those struggling with issues such as eating disorders, body image dissatisfaction, obsessive-compulsive disorder, grief disorders, anxiety disorders, and post-traumatic stress disorder. We offer a variety of evidence-based treatment models such as CBT, CBT-e, ERP, PE, etc. At EEC, the single most important thing is the relationship we share with each individual client - which is why rapport building is always the first goal. If you are going to trust us with these treatments, we want you to trust us as human beings too. We currently have no wait list and are offering in-person sessions in PA and virtual options for PA, DE, and NJ.

Fully restored from 2018-2025 and features rooms decorated in different styles spanning the Rococo Revival to the Aesthetic Movement to the Edwardian period, the Museum was awarded the Victorian Society in America Award for the exemplary restoration and rehabilitation. This landmark preserves the legacy of the Grundy family and offers visitors a unique glimpse into life during the Victorian Era. The Museum’s extensive collection is highly unusual for a historic house museum as almost all the items belonged to the Grundy family. The museum serves as a cultural destination for those interested in antiques, local history, and architecture. Docents take visitors through the meticulously restored rooms, showcasing the elaborate furnishings and sharing stories of the Grundy family’s contributions to Bristol Borough, Pennsylvania, and national affairs. Visitors can also enjoy the expansive gardens and riverfront vistas. Visit throughout the year for special programs, exhibits, and holiday events, including the annual Victorian Holiday House.

I also perform with my classic rock band The Garage Bandits most weekends and can help students get comfortable playing in front of other people. This class will run for 6 sessions over the course of 7 weeks on Mondays from 7:30pm to 8:30pm. Each week I will introduce slightly more complicated melodies that will help develop students' ability to play single note melodies on the guitar.

MEDIA, PA — A Delaware County man was scammed out of $258,444 worth of cryptocurrency last month, Pennsylvania State Police said.According to authorities, the victim, a 68-year-old Media man, was scammed out of the funds by an unknown person.Police learned of the scam at about 7:55 p.m. on March 20.Pennsylvania State Police are investigating the incident.

MEDIA, PA — A Delaware County man was scammed out of $258,444 worth of cryptocurrency last month, Pennsylvania State Police said.

According to authorities, the victim, a 68-year-old Media man, was scammed out of the funds by an unknown person.Police learned of the scam at about 7:55 p.m. on March 20.

Pennsylvania State Police are investigating the incident.

Four Historic Sites of Newtown Square Open to Tours this Saturday 

Media Fellowship House Inc

Join us on Sunday, August 16 from 4-6 PM for a potluck meal with a twist. Meet your neighbors and help weave some community connections. 

Here's how it will work: We'll gather between 4 and 6PM, no official start or end. Come when you can and stay as long as you'd like! 
Please bring a dish to share made from locally produced food. This could be something from your personal garden, your local farmers market or CSA, or something you've recently foraged. 
We also ask you to think about something you need or could use help with (Request) and/or something you can offer to help with (Offer). Requests and Offers can be simple things like offering to provide a ride to a doctor appointment, sharing a conversation for an hour, or playing a game. They could also be skills that you have and are willing to share, such as how to do some kind of artwork, gardening help, pet care or handy work around the house. It's really anything you can imagine! At the end of the night, we will match the Requests to the Offers so that everyone can get the help they need. *Note: If you can't think of an offer and a request, come anyway! Maybe you'll be inspired.
Besides sharing a delicious meal, our goal is to have you leave with at least one simple connection to help someone or have someone help you. Most importantly, we want you to have fun, meet some neighbors and connect.
That's it! 

The TTGM Resilience Working Group will have hosts circulating to help you find the right connection piece. We'll also have a table with useful information on preparing for emergencies, learning more about resilience and edible foods that grow in our area (foraging).

When: Sunday, August 16, anytime between 4PM and 6PM (the earlier the better!)
What to bring: A dish made from local food and an idea of one thing you can offer and one action you could use help with.

We promote small actions that help move our neighborhood forward in service of a more interconnected and prepared community for changing times.
