Attempted Homicide Suspect Taken Into Custody In Delco: Police

LOWER CHICHESTER, PA — A person wanted for attempted homicide was taken into custody in Delaware County Friday morning, according to police.

According to Lower Chichester Township Police, the suspect was taken into custody at about 6:05 a.m. Friday on the 1100 block of Sterling Avenue.

Officers from the Lower Chichester Township Police Department and the Delaware County Emergency Response Team assisted Philadelphia Police Department's Detectives Division with the high-risk service of an arrest warrant of a subject wanted for an attempted homicide.

Police said the suspect was taken into custody without incident.

A search warrant of property was also conducted.
