Composting To Beautify Your Lawn & Garden

Take advantage of the falling leaves and make your own compost to create a beautiful and natural lawn and garden.

There's no doubt the bright and beautiful colors of Fall are now blanketing our neighborhoods and lawns. As lovely as it may look, raking all of those leaves can be a big job, taking up most of your Sunday afternoon. Although it is a big job, you can do more than make a big pile and toss the leaves in the trash. Composting those leaves not only reduces the waste sent to our landfills, but it will improve the look and health of your lawn and garden.

Benefits of Composting:

  • Adds nutrients to your plants and helps retain moisture in the soil.
  • Recycles kitchen and yard waste.
  • Helps aerate soil and ward off plant disease.
  • Good for the environment.
  • Is a natural alternative to chemical fertilizer.

Enjoy the beauty of Fall and remember, if you or someone you know is looking to buy or sell a home, just give me a call.
