If you are not hydrating, your blood isn't as clean and effective as it can be. Think about how many miles of arteries and veins you have in your body that this blood has to travel everyday. Part of the job of your blood is to carry essential nutrients to all of the cells and organs in your body. Imagine, you play a critical role in distributing these essential nutrients to your cells. DRINK THAT WATER!

Exercise helps to pump that blood through your heart and into your body distributing those nutrients. And by the way, coffee and diet soda have zero nutritional value.. 'just sayin'. What you Fuel your body with is of critical importance. Be sure to have a healthy amount of protein intake everyday which will support healthy muscles and bones. Half of your protein source, should be vegetable based so read those labels. And Garlic is a natural Blood Cleanser.
When I exercise I picture everything that is happening in my body. I exercise with intention. If I am exercising and I think, "This is great, I can do THIS all day", I remind myself... Do I really have ALL DAY? So I decide to MAKE IT COUNT! A good sweat is your Fat Crying!!! I envision my blood pumping, it's freshly oxygenated and is flowing through my entire body. I picture this because I've drank my water. I picture those nutrients feeding my cells and I picture my body responding to all of this, by giving me the energy and vitality that I feel every day.

I would love for you to feel how I feel and learn about your own body, so that you can treat your body right. How about the sad fact that some people take better care of their cars than they do their own body? Replacement parts, by the way are hard to come by.
But in all seriousness, making the necessary lifestyle changes, shouldn't be hard work. Remember, Babystep... it didn't take overnight to develop those bad habbits, so give yourself some slack and just try to get 1% better today than you were yesterday. Those new lifestyle changes, should be incredibly rewarding. You should be proud of your accomplishments as you learn and grow into the person you were designed to be.
Join a group for support, there are plenty of them out there. It's great when like minded people can get together to offer support and share ideas. Celebrating milestones and accomplishments together on your journey to wellness. And remember, it is a journey, so enjoy the process!
