Ladies...It's Time to Transform

The change of seasons is upon us...now is the time to start thinking about making positive changes for YOU. Join us for classes and sessions meant to help you begin to transform.

 

Although everyone is welcome at the Training Room by Peace thru Strength, this Fall it's really all about the LADIES!

With the change in season upon us, what better time to begin to transform yourself? Peace thru Strength has many ways to help women in the area begin to see big changes.

1.  Friday MAT Class: A 10 week series that is meant to help women find balance in mind, spirit and body. From 7-8 a.m. please join us and start dealing with whatever it is that might be holding you back. Gain confidence, strength, and peace as you experience the support of a group and the guidance of health professionals. 

2.  Wellness Coaching: How many times have you tried to make a lasting change? How many diets have you tried? How many gyms have you joined?  Wellness Coaching is a completely different approach that will lead to lasting results. Your coach will meet you where you are and will encourage you as you find the path that is best for you, supporting you along the way. Call for a consultation and more information.

3.  Small Group Training: Have a group of up to six people that are interested in personal training....at a fraction of the cost? Join one of our scheduled sessions or call to set up your own convenient time. Enjoy the benefits and results of one-on-one training at a lower price and 10 times the fun.

4.  Moms on the Move: New moms, veteran moms, soon-to-be moms—all are welcome for this great workout, up to three times a week. Join us Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10:15 a.m. for a stroller/baby/toddler/child friendly workout. Get in shape and meet other area moms.

New classes coming to the Training Room, starting October 1 include:

  • Yoga/Pilates
  • Kids Yoga
  • Mommy and Me Yoga
  • Cycling classes
  • Zumba
  • Cardio Kickboxing
  • Interval Training
  • Also, stay tuned for easy online scheduling and purchasing.

Grand Opening

Friday, Sept. 21, is our Grand Opening Open House at our new location, 440 Wallingford Road in Springfield.

Please stop by from 6 p.m. on to check out the Training Room, sign up for classes and sessions, win great prizes, enjoy some delicious food, and learn about our current specials.

Peace thru Strength offers unique services in an easy and affordable format. Pay as you go classes, drop in rates, and class cards make scheduling and budgeting comfortable.
