Learn to Download Library eBooks & Audiobooks
Take a class on using library eBooks and audiobooks at the Furness Library on July 25.

The Delaware County Library System provides an extensive collection of eBooks and audiobooks that are available 24/7 through the DCLS digital library. More than 11,000 eBooks and audiobooks can be downloaded and the list grows every day.
Use of the digital library is growing. On July 9 it was the busiest day ever with 433 titles downloaded. In fact later this month, total use for the year will pass all of 2011 (which was more than the four prior years combined).

You can then search the digital library of eBooks and downloadable audiobooks and you then checkout the titles using your DCLS library card. The method for downloading depends on the format and the hardware you are using. Use the custom "My Help" function, under the Help/FAQs button, for hardware specific instructions.
Use of eBooks is restricted to county residents, due to the great demand for the service.
Many other online resources are offered as part of the POWER Library, including access to the current and historic editions of the Philadelphia Inquirer and the Delaware County Daily Times. Other resources are the complete Morningstar Research Center and a database of legal forms. To access these and dozens of other resources, visit www.delcolibraries.org and click the POWER Library icon.
