Burglars Targeting Delco Homes May Be Able To Disable Cameras: Police
Police in Upper Providence Township said they believe a burglary group is making rounds in the region again.
UPPER PROVIDENCE, PA — Police in Delaware County are warning residents of a potential burglary group making rounds in the region.
Upper Providence Township Police said they have seen a rising number of burglaries in communities to the north, in both Delaware County and Chester County, recently.
Police believe those targeting homes now are believed to be a group known to park in away from homes and use backyards and wood lines to reach their targets.

Police said they are also known to interfere with wireless cameras, rendering them useless.
Residents are urged to ensure their homes are locked and alarms are set, even when leaving for short periods of time.
