Christmas Tree, Decoration Thefts Land Charges For Delco Woman: Report
Brookhaven Police said a local woman was charged after stealing from a Lowe's store. She reportedly stole a Christmas tree and decorations.
BROOKHAVEN, PA — A Delaware County woman is accused of being a bit of a Grinch, as it's been reported she stole a Christmas tree and decorations from a hardware store.
Brookhaven Police said Tracie Anne Anderson, 50, of Brookhaven, was taken into custody and charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property in connection with a Nov. 8 incident at Lowe's.
Police executed a search warrant at her home Wednesday.

The Delaware County Daily Times reports she is accused of stealing a Christmas tree and Christmas decorations from the store.
During the search, police said the stolen items were found.

According to court documents, Anderson pleaded guilty to a retail theft charge in November 2021.
She was released after posting 10 percent of $10,000 bail and is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on Dec. 14, court records show.
