Delco Officials Remind Public Of Voter Registration Deadline​

We have details on how you can register or check your status ahead of the Oct. 10 registration deadline.

MEDIA, PA – As the Nov. 7 general election grows nearer, officials with the Delaware County Bureau of Elections and Office of Voter Registration want to make sure potential voters are registered to cast a ballot.

Officials are reminding the public that the deadline to register to vote is Tuesday, Oct. 10.

Individuals can register to vote at the Voter Registration office at the Delaware County Government Center, 201 W. Front St., Media, or online here.

The last day to apply for a civilian absentee ballot is Oct. 31. Applications must be physically received in the office of the Bureau of Elections on Oct. 31; not postmarked on that date.

The last day for the Delaware County Board of Elections to receive a voted civilian absentee ballot is Friday, Nov. 3 by 5 p.m. Again, ballots must be physically received in the Bureau of Elections.

Tuesday, Nov. 14 is the deadline for the County to receive voted military and overseas absentee ballots. The ballots must be postmarked no later than 11:59 p.m. Monday, Nov. 6.
