Delco Seafood Thieves Lead Cops On Chase: Pennsylvania State Police

Two Chester men were nabbed after they stole nearly $250 worth of seafood then led state police troopers on a short chase, authorities said.

GLEN MILLS, PA — A pair of Delaware County men were apprehended by Pennsylvania State Police after they pulled off a seafood heist last month.

According to state police, the incident happened at about 3:05 p.m. Dec. 22 at the Acme, 101 Byers Drive in Glen Mills.

Troopers were called to the store for a report of the theft of more than $200 worth of seafood by two men.

Police said the men were later seen in Chester driving a Nissan Rogue, which fled from police when they tried to stop it.

The two men — identified as Shawn Logan, 35, and John Marshall, 50, both of Chester — were taken into custody for various violations, police said.

The total amount of seafood taken was $243.85, according to state police.
