A Delaware County shopping center recently sold for a sizeable chunk of change, according to a report.
The Brookhaven Shopping Center sold for $30.5 million, according to Philly.com.
Loated at 3700 Edgmont Ave., the center is home to variuos stores and eateries, including an auto store, a credit union, a pizzeria, a Chinese food restaurant, and more.
