Empirical Embrace Counseling offers therapy services for those struggling with issues such as eating disorders, body image dissatisfaction, obsessive-compulsive disorder, grief disorders, anxiety disorders, and post-traumatic stress disorder. We offer a variety of evidence-based treatment models such as CBT, CBT-e, ERP, PE, etc. At EEC, the single most important thing is the relationship we share with each individual client - which is why rapport building is always the first goal. If you are going to trust us with these treatments, we want you to trust us as human beings too. We currently have no wait list and are offering in-person sessions in PA and virtual options for PA, DE, and NJ.

I teach electric and acoustic guitar lessons in person close to Springfield and Swarthmore. I have been teaching guitar for over 30 years and have experience teaching all ages of students. I also perform with my classic rock band The Garage Bandits most weekends and can help students get comfortable playing in front of other people. My teaching space is located at 34 Yale Avenue, Morton, PA. Contact me for more information or to set up a free trial lesson! I will be starting a new group guitar class on April 20th! This class will run for 6 sessions over the course of 7 weeks on Mondays from 7:30pm to 8:30pm. The focus of this class will be on teaching song melodies to beginners, such as Ode To Joy by Beethoven and Happy Birthday. Each week I will introduce slightly more complicated melodies that will help develop students' ability to play single note melodies on the guitar.

New Year's Eve at Hedgerow Theatre Saturday, Dec. 31 at 7:30 p.m. Join us on New Year's Eve for a performance of Sister Robert Anne's Cabaret Class, featuring Micki Sharpe. Get a hilarious lesson on performing in a cabaret courtesy of streetwise Brooklyn nun, Sister Robert Anne, as she showcases songs debuted in the seven highly popular Nunsense musicals. And, please remember to sit up straight while in class. The New Year's Eve performance features a champagne intermission. All tickets $35.
