The show runs Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, March 23-25. The Friday and Saturday performances are at 7 p.m., with Saturday and Sunday matinees at 2 p.m. in the Penncrest auditorium.
More than 100 Penncrest students are performing along with 90 more students from all four Rose Tree Media School District elementary schools, making this is one of the largest musicals ever produced by the district.
The show is a revue of selections from Broadway musicals including The Lion King, Phantom of the Opera, Miss Saigon, Wicked, Jersey Boys, Hairspray, and Spring Awakening, among others.
