Gunman 'Methodically' Fired At Coworkers, Killing 2 In Delco Workplace Shooting: DA
Authorities said Wilbert Rosado-Ruiz, 61, got into an argument with a female coworker, got his gun, then started shooting in his workplace.

CHESTER, PA — Delaware County authorities named the person they said was responsible for the deadly workplace shooting Wednesday in Chester.
Wilbert Rosado-Ruiz, 61, of Chester has been charged with two counts of homicide, multiple counts of aggravated assault, firearm violations, and related crimes, Delaware County District Attorney Jack Stollsteimer said at a news conference Thursday.
The shooting killed Leovanny Penapena, 30, and Giguenson Penapena, who are brothers from the Dominican Republic.

Three others were injured. Two are in stable condition, while the third, a man, is critical but stable. Their identities were not released.
Rosado-Ruiz "methodically" walked through his place of work since 2016, shooting employees, Stollsteimer said Thursday afternoon at a news conference.

Authorities said the shooting stemmed from an argument between Rosado-Ruiz and a female co-worker. It's unclear what the argument was about.
At about 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, the argument began and Rosado-Ruiz left the business then came back with a gun.
He shot the coworker, then "methodically" went throughout his workplace of about 8 years, firing at his colleagues, authorities said.
After shooting the brothers and two other people, Rosado-Ruiz left the building and found the female coworker he initially shot after the argument and tried to shoot her again, authorities said.
Luckily, Stollsteimer said his firearm jammed or was empty of rounds, and he then drove away from the area.
He was taken into custody without incident a short while later by Trainer Borough Police.
Rosado-Ruiz is being held without bail and is scheduled for a June 5 preliminary hearing, according to court documents.
A court record search for Rosado-Ruiz in Delaware County only shows three summary charges, including driving an unregistered vehicle and driving without insurance in September 2019, which he pleaded guilty to.
