CHESTER, PA — Two people were killed and three others were injured Wednesday morning in a shooting at a Delaware County business, according to authorities.

The shooting occurred at Delaware County Linen, located on West Fourth Street in Chester, a spokesperson for the Delaware County District Attorney's Office confirmed to Patch.

According to authorities, an employee walked into the building and shot five people, two of them fatally.

Authorities confirmed the injured victims were taken to Crozer Chester Medical Center in critical condition.

The suspect was later apprehended and taken into custody. Authorities have not released their name.

Delaware County Linen is a linen-rental company founded in 1988, according to the company's website. The company provides napkins, table linens, aprons, and other items to customers in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and northern Maryland.
