Both Ngoy and the victim boarded the train at the same stop. Ngoy sat next to the women and tried to have a conversation with her, but things slowly became aggressive and violent.
The Delaware County Daily Times reports Ngoy was sentenced to 7 to 14 years in prison and could face deportation as he is a Congolese native whose student visa expired in 2015.
