County authorities allege the 34-year-old man forced the victim to give him oral sex on more than 20 occasions on a near weekly basis.

An investigation was launched by detectives on Sept. 22 following a report of sexual abuse of a minor who was being forced to perform oral sex on a 34-year-old male, according to authorities.
On Oct. 1, 2018, investigators interviewed the 13-year-old victim, who said that when she was in seventh grade Kalinowsky made her perform oral sex, authorities said.
The victim said after that, Kalinowsky forced her to perform oral sex on him on at least a weekly basis, the DA's office said.
She also reported while being forced into the act, Kalinowsky would fondle her breasts and vagina under her clothes and underwear with his hands and ejaculate during the forced sex act, authorities said.
"The actions of the defendant, Timothy Kalinowsky, are deplorable and disgusting, as he sexually assaulted a vulnerable, innocent child," Copeland said. "As he is currently incarcerated, the defendant can cause no more harm to this child, who can hopefully begin the healing process. I would like to commend the Brookhaven Borough Police Department and Detective Timothy S. Habich along with CID Detective Lisa DeMartini for their work on this case."
Kalinowsky was remanded to the George W. Hill Correctional Facility after failing to post 10 percent of $200,000.
He is slated to appear for a preliminary hearing on Oct. 8. Assistant District Attorney Christopher Boggs will be prosecuting the case on behalf of the Commonwealth.
