A resolution declaring October to be Polish-American Heritage Month was presented by Delaware County Councilman John McBlain to representatives of the Council of United Polish Societies (from left) Jan Szymczyk, Lisa Welc Perks, Hedwig Pennell, McBlain, Gina Dubinski, Helen Chominski, Wanda Durbano and Sophie Szymczyk.
Joining in the presentation were (2d row, from left) Councilman David White, Council Chairman Thomas McGarrigle, Councilwoman Colleen Morrone and Council Vice Chairman Mario Civera Jr.
