Police said he would not provide any information to police when questioned about the shooting, but police said he and three others were assaulting the gunman.
The person shot was one of four men who were attacking another man, allegedly Krider, in the parking lot, police said.
An investigation revealed all parties involved were known to each other and are either current or former members of the Pagans Motorcycle Club, which the ATF describes as an outlaw motorcycle club, police said.
Witness and video accounts revealed a man, later identified as Krider, drove to the Wawa, got out of his vehicle, then confronted and began fighting with another man in the parking lot, according to police.
Three other men who were talking with the man in the parking lot punched and kicked the man who arrived by vehicle, police said.
During the altercation, Krider pulled out a gun and fired a single shot, striking the shooting victim in the lower leg, police said.
Everyone involved in the fracas and shooting fled the scene, police said.
Authorities told the Delaware County Daily Times that more people could be charged in connection with the incident.
Anyone who has information on the shooting should contact Ridley Township Police at 610-532-4002.
Krider is being held on $75,000 bail and scheduled for a March 18 preliminary hearing, according to court documents.
