'Sexually Violent Predator' Wanted In Philly Region: State Police

SOUTHEASTERN PENNSYLVANIA — Pennsylvania State Police are looking for a man they called a "sexually violent predator" in the Philadelphia region.

Pennsylvania State Police Troop K said an active arrest warrant is out for Victor Thomas Folkmann.

Folkmann, 61, of Media, did not register his current address and is thus wanted on felony failure to register and misdemeanor unsworn falsification to authorities charges, police said.

Folkmann was convicted in 2012 on charges related to incest involving a minor stemming from a 2006 incident in Ridley Township, according to state authorities and court documents.

He is 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighs 215 pounds, has blue eyes, and blonde hair but is balding, state police said.

He also has a tattoo on his upper right arm, according to authorities.

According to state police, he is known to travel to Philadelphia, primarily the area of 1700 Market St.
