Trash Collection for Fourth of July

Media Patch municipal buildings will be closed on July 4.

Below is a trash and recyclable pick-up schedule for area municipalities over the Fourth of July holiday:

Edgmont Township—Administrative offices will be closed on Thursday. Municipal trash removal is not provided by the township. Please check with your private hauler.

Media Borough—Administrative offices will be closed on Thursday. Trash and recycling that is normally collected on Thursday will instead be collected on Friday. Friday's regular collection will remain the same.

Middletown Township—Administrative offices will be closed Thursday. Municipal trash removal is not provided by the township. Please check with your private hauler. However, the Area 1 Thursday recycling collection will instead occur on Friday, July 5 and the Area 1 Friday collection will occur on Saturday, July 6. The Wednesday, July 3 collection will continue as normal scheduled and will not be affected by the holiday.

Upper Providence Township—Administrative offices will be closed Thursday and Friday. Trash and recycling will NOT be picked up on Thursday, July 4. Residents must wait for their next scheduled trash and recycling day for pick up.
