Baseball Sign Ups Coming Soon!
Who has time for snow, when Media Little League baseball registration is right around the corner. That's right, over the next several weeks kids in the Media area will have the opportunity to register for MLL's championship level baseball program. Kids from 4-12 years of age can come out to play with their friends this spring. New to Little League this year is a new school rule. If you live outside of MLL's boundaries but your child goes to a school that falls into the boundaries, your child and his/her siblings are eligible to play for MLL. A few schools that are directly affected by this new rule would be St Mary Magdalen, Rose Tree Elementary, Springton Lake and Strath Haven Middle Schools, and Mother of Providence Regional Catholic School. Many students in these schools live just outside Media's boundaries but with the new rule, they can now play with their classmates.Registration, as always, will take place at Media's Community Center and Parlor room. The dates are Saturday, January 18 from 9am-12pm, Friday night, January 24 from 6pm-9pm, Saturday, January 25 from 12pm-3pm, and Wednesday, January 29 from 6pm-9pm. Put the dates in your calendars and don't forget to come out and sign your kids up.
