Wrong-Way Crash Killed Delaware County Man Over Weekend: Police

MEDIA, PA — A 31-year-old Delaware County man has been identified as one of two killed in a Bucks County crash that occurred over the weekend.

Pennsylvania State Police said Alexander Wetzel, 31, of Media, died in a two-vehicle crash at about 3:21 a.m. Sunday on Interstate 295 in Middletown Township, Bucks County.

Wetzel was driving on I-295 heading east near mile marker 5.2 when police said his vehicle was struck head on by another vehicle driven by 21-year-old Jenna Pulaski, of Ewing, New Jersey.

Pulaski also died in the crash, authorities said.

Police believe Pulaski was driving in the wrong direction on I-295 when the crash occurred.

Both Wetzel and Pulaski were wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash, according to police.

They were both pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
