Monroeville, PA - Juniper Village at Monroeville is proud to announce the appointment of Aimee Grayson as Executive Director. Grayson brings extensive leadership experience in human services and senior living, with a focus on balancing operational excellence with deeply personal, resident-centered care experiences.

“My goal is to bridge the gap between rigorous operational standards and the deeply personal nature of care,” said Aimee Grayson, Executive Director at Juniper Village at Monroeville. “I believe leadership is most effective when it is participative, respectful, and rooted in the success of the entire team.”

Grayson is a specialist in human services compliance and personal care administration, with a proven history of managing complex, 24/7 communities and multi-disciplinary teams. She holds a B.A. in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Waynesburg University and is a Certified Investigator.

Beyond her professional achievements, Grayson is deeply involved in her community. She volunteers with the Salvation Army to support regional hunger relief and youth housing initiatives. She is also a proud mother to a 17-year-old culinary student who inspires her creativity in the kitchen.

In her new role at Juniper Village at Monroeville, Grayson will continue Juniper Communities’ mission of nurturing the spirit of life by fostering an environment where residents thrive and associates are empowered to deliver exceptional care and meaningful experiences every day.
