Juniper Village Resident Jennie Gentile Celebrates 100 Remarkable Years

Monroeville, PA – Jennie Gentile, a beloved resident of Juniper Village at Monroeville, celebrated a milestone birthday on Sunday, August 3rd, her 100th!

Originally from East McKeesport, Jennie married Anthony Gentile and worked as a secretary at Westinghouse Air Brake during World War II. Known for her energy and zest for life, Jennie has always stayed active, from playing tennis and swimming at the YMCA to dancing the jitterbug and Latin music with enthusiasm.

Jennie is the proud mother of two children, the late Mark Gentile and Maryanne Gentile-Torok. Her legacy continues through her three grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren, who she adores dearly.

A special birthday party was held at Juniper Village, where residents, associates, and family members came together to celebrate Jennie’s long, beautiful life. The gathering was filled with joy, laughter, and heartfelt memories honoring her incredible 100 years.
