WESTERN AREA YMCA OFFERS WEEK OF FREE ACTIVITIES TO CELEBRATE NEW STATEWIDE MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM
Western Area Y invites public to enjoy free activities during open house. New members can sign up with no joining fees.
Pittsburgh, PA – October 2, 2015 – During the Western Area YMCA Open House, everyone in the community is invited to check out the YMCA while enjoying free activities such as suspension training demos, tennis clinics, health screenings, Bollywood dance sessions and much more.
The open house is an opportunity for community members to try new activities, explore the facility and get to know the staff at their local Y. This year’s open house celebrates the YMCA’s new Pennsylvania membership reciprocity program, which allows members to use any YMCA throughout the Commonwealth for free at any time.
All activities are free and will take place at the Western Area YMCA at 195 Montour Road, Coraopolis, PA 15108. In addition to activities, members of the public can visit the Y at any time during the open house to tour the facility and sign up without paying a joining fee. Scheduled activities include:
