• Muncy Township files appeal over legal battle about Bass Pro plans (sungazette.com) — Muncy Township supervisors are seeking a stay on a court order that requires them to sign a subdivision plan for a proposed Bass Pro Shops Outpost at Lycoming Mall. Township attorneys argue the plan hasn’t completed full engineering and stormwater review and say forcing signatures now could expose the municipality to legal and financial risks while the appeal proceeds.
