• Woman arrested for DUI after crash in Upper Allen Township (newportdispatch.com) — A 21-year-old New Cumberland resident was arrested after Upper Allen Township police say she crashed her vehicle on East Lisburn Road early Oct. 5 and was found under the influence of alcohol and controlled substances. She faces DUI and traffic charges and was taken to Cumberland County Central Booking, with a preliminary hearing to be scheduled later.
