Bee Brings Community Together for Epic Spelling Showdown
Tickets now on sale for community Spelling Bee on November 1

Tickets are now on sale for the season’s most buzz-worthy event: the Community Spelling Bee, a fundraiser for the Free Library of New Hope & Solebury.
The community is encouraged to “bee a honey” and support the event, which will be held at the Stephen J. Buck Memorial Theater at the New Hope-Solebury High School on Thursday, November 1, 2018, at 7 p.m. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students 18 and under.
Sponsored by Penn Community Bank and Always Advancing, this adult team competition brings “swarms” of teams to the stage for an exciting spell-off. Teams are comprised of library patrons, local moms and teachers, community leaders and local businesses—featuring names like the Let It Bees (pictured: ), Queen Bees, Pirates of the CaribBEEan, C'est La Bee, Not Bee-ing Serious and Eagle Fire Co.’s Blazin’ Bees.
