Builder Selected For Luxury Hotel Going Up At Former Odette’s

A builder has been selected for the new luxury boutique hotel​ that will be going up at the site of the former Chez Odette'​s in New Hope.

NEW HOPE, PA —A builder has been selected for the new luxury boutique hotel that will be going up at the site of the former Chez Odette’s in New Hope. Pancoast & Clifford of West Chester has been hired to build the new hotel, which will be named The Riverhouse at Odette’s.

The plans call for a 54,000 square-foot luxury boutique hotel with 34 guestrooms and suites, a rooftop lounge with an open-air bar, and Odette’s Restaurant and Lounge, which will feature indoor and outdoor seating, a piano bar, and cabaret.

The building has been designed by Stokes Architecture, according to an announcement by Pancoast & Clifford.

Additionally, The Riverhouse at Odette’s will include meeting and conference facilities, private dining rooms, and an open-concept ballroom with floor-to-ceiling retractable exterior glass walls. The hotel will feature natural, reclaimed materials and highlight local art.

“Pancoast and Clifford’s company culture and leadership commitment are the primary reasons they were selected over other very qualified firms,” Tom Lynch, co-owner of The Riverhouse at Odette’s, said in the press release announcing Pancoast & Clifford's involvement.

The Riverhouse at Odette’s will debut in late 2019,its website says.
