TITUSVILLE, N.J. - The community of Titusville, N.J., will celebrate the nation's 250th birthday with a town tradition - its annual Fourth of July Parade - on Saturday, July 4. An opening ceremony will kick things off at 11 a.m., followed by a Baby Parade at 11:15 a.m., a Bike and Scooter Parade at 11:30 a.m., and the big parade stepping off at 12:30 p.m. A food tent will be open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., music by the River Dogs will fill the air from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., and face painting and balloons will be offered by Bernadette Sigato and Eddie Kazoo.
