For one afternoon only, step back into the Old West and have your portrait made using the historic wet-plate collodion process.

Come dressed for the theme — cowboy hats, denim, vests, boots, bandanas, prairie dresses, waistcoats, or anything that feels like it belongs in the 19th-century American West.

The 5×7 format is available exclusively during our monthly Plate Day.

I’ll also choose my favorite portrait from the afternoon as the Plate of the Day to feature online.
