Celebrity Farm to Table Dinner To Be Held Sept. 17 In New Hope
This year's event features Chef Matt McPhelin of Maize Restaurant. It will be held at Honey Hollow in New Hope.
Doylestown Food Market's third annual Celebrity Farm to Table Dinner will be held Sunday, Sept. 17 at 5 p.m. at Bucks County Audubon Society at Honey Hollow in New Hope.
This year's event features Chef Matt McPhelin of Maize Restaurant. It will feature a dinner made from local ingredients in a tented, outdoor setting with a silent auction and live music by Cherry Lane Jazz Band. Plus, there will be local beer, wine, kombucha "mocktail" tastings.
Maize, located in Perkasie, is known for its "spectacular treatment of fresh, local foods" since it opened in 2009, according to an event announcement from the Doylestown Food Market.

"Chef Matt McPhelin will showcase seasonal preparations from Bucks County Farms. This exciting fundraising event focuses on community partnerships, featuring local entertainment, delicious locally farmed cuisine, fine wine, beer, and kombucha tastings, and live and silent auctions," the event announcement said.
Tickets are $95 ($75 for market members) and are available for purchase at www.doylestown.coop. The event has sold out in the past, according to organizers.
