Cosmo DiNardo's Trial Date Set
Breaking: A trial date has been set for the two men accused of murdering multiple people last summer in Solebury Township.

The trial date for two men accused of killing multiple people last summer on a Solebury Township farm has been set. Trial for Cosmo DiNardo and Sean Kratz is tentatively scheduled to begin Nov. 7, Bucks County District Attorney spokesman Larry R. King confirmed Thursday.
Cosmo DiNardo of Bensalem confessed to his role in the four killings and faces four counts of criminal homicide and related charges. In discussions over the summer, prosecutors said they would spare him from the death penalty provided he led them to the grave of the last man to be found on DiNardo's family's sprawling Solebury Township property.
Prosecutors have said if Dinardo tries to fight the charges, they will consider the death penalty.

DiNardo's cousin, Sean Michael Kratz, 20, of Philadelphia also faces three counts of criminal homicide and related charges.
Authorities say DiNardo killed the victims in three separate shootings, all of which took place on DiNardo's family farm on Lower York Road in Solebury. Jimi Taro Patrick, 19, of Newtown Township was killed first on July 5, authorities said.

Kratz has been charged in three of the killings.
