DUI Arrests, Windshield Shattered, Thefts Reported In Lambertville
The City of Lambertville Police Department reported the following incidents and arrests between Feb. 3 and March 3.
LAMBERTVILLE, NJ — The City of Lambertville Police Department reported the following incidents and arrests between Feb. 3 and March 3:
February 3
- At approximately 10:25 a.m., a report of criminal mischief occurred on North Main Street. Detective Albani is the investigating officer.
- At approximately 12:13 p.m., a resident on Clinton Street discovered their car windshield shattered while their vehicle was parked in their driveway. Sergeant Gramlich is the investigating officer.
February 4

- At approximately 7:15 a.m., a resident from York Street reported that 2 of their traffic cones were taken from in front of their residence. DCpl Bast is the investigating officer.
February 5
- At approximately 12 p.m., a resident from Holcombe Way reported ongoing harassment by another nearby resident. DCpl Bast is the investigating officer.

- At approximately 2:07 p.m., patrol responded to the area of Route 165 for a dispute over improper parking. The complaint was quickly resolved. Patrolman Lugo investigated.
February 7
- At approximately 1:14 p.m., a bicycle was reported missing from a bike rack on North Union Street. Patrolman Brown investigated.
- At approximately 4:39 p.m., a 28-year-old from Lawn Park Avenue in Lawrence Township, N.J., was arrested on an outstanding traffic warrant out of West Amwell Township. He was released with a pending court date. Detective Albani is the arresting officer.
February 9
- At 10:47 a.m., a business on Alexander Avenue reported forgery of a business check. Patrolman Brown is the investigating officer.
- At approximately 1:30 p.m., a black backpack was reported missing after being left near a bench on York Street. Patrolman Brown investigated.
February 10
- At approximately 1:02 a.m., a 31-year-old man from Stockton, N.J., was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, reckless driving, failure to maintain lane, driving while suspended, unlicensed driver and possession of open containers of alcoholic beverages. Sergeant Gramlich is the arresting officer.
February 11
- At approximately 7:06 p.m., a 58-year-old from Milford, N.J., was arrested and charged with driving under the influence and careless driving. Patrolman Bereheiko is the arresting officer.
February 12
- At approximately 7:45 a.m., a resident from North Union Street reported a burglary at their garage with property missing. Patrolman Lugo is the investigating officer.
February 19
- At approximately 11:04 a.m., a contractor reported paver stones taken from a residential job site on Delevan Street. Patrolman Brown investigated and located the individual who removed the stones. The stones were thought to be trash and were quickly returned.
February 21
- At approximately 4:30 p.m., a resident from Grant Avenue reported a wheelbarrow was taken from their yard along the street. Patrolman Brown is the investigating officer.
February 22
- At approximately 11:15 a.m., a former resident of Coryell Street reported money stolen out of a joint bank account. Patrolman Bereheiko is the investigating officer.
February 24
- At approximately 3:41 p.m., a resident from South Union Street reported a person trespassing on his property. Patrolman Bereheiko is the investigating officer.
February 25
- At approximately 12:36 a.m., a 38-year-old from Jackson Street in West Amwell, N.J., was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, careless driving and failure to maintain lane. Patrolman Lugo is the arresting officer.
February 26
- At approximately 1:03 a.m., a 42-year-old woman from Lambertville, N.J., was arrested and charged with driving under the influence and refusal to submit to a breath test. Detective Albani is the investigating officer.
February 28
- At approximately 2:49 p.m., a resident from South Main Street reported having difficulty registering a vehicle she purchased due to having a fake title. Further investigation revealed the vehicle to be stolen out of New York City. Patrolman Bereheiko is the investigating officer.
March 1
- At approximately 1:02 p.m., a business on South Main Street reported a person trespassing on the property. Patrolman Bereheiko is the investigating officer.
March 3
- At approximately 3:17 p.m., patrols responded to Church Street for a report of an unwanted person on the property. The individual left without incident and was advised he was no longer permitted on the property. Sergeant Gramlich is the investigating officer.
- At approximately 5:39 p.m., a resident from Lincoln Avenue reported being harassed by another resident. Sergeant Gramlich investigated.
- At approximately 7:18 p.m., a resident from Brunswick Avenue reported their vehicle windshield was intentionally damaged. Patrolman Brown is the investigating officer.
