Former Hamilton's Grill Room General Manager Joining The Pineville Tavern

Marc BrownGold, formerly of Hamilton's Grill Room in Lambertville, will help roll out a new menu at the popular Bucks County tavern.

Some exciting changes are in the works at one of Bucks County's most popular restaurants.

The Pineville Tavern announced they have brought on a new executive chef and general manager who will help them unveil a new menu next week.

General manager Marc BrownGold formerly of Hamilton's Grill Room in Lambertville, and Chef Ed Batejan of Peachtree & Ward catering will be joining the tavern.

"It has been the our dream for quite some time to take the Pineville Tavern to the next level, after a few years and a lot of hard work, we are finally able to do so," the restaurant said in an announcement.

The restaurant says it will keep its most popular and famous items, but will be introducing new dishes as well, including ahi tuna, loaded tater tots, tuna tartare, baby kale salad and more.

Plus, there will be new plates, glassware, table settings and uniforms for our staff. "But most importantly, we have increased the selection, quality, and presentation of our food," said Drew Abruzzese, who owns the restaurant alongside his father, Andrew.

The tavern has brought on bar manager Danielle "Weezy" Messina and says its cocktail, craft beer and specifically wine list "have been brought into the modern day and are truly impressive."

The Pineville Tavern's new menu and other changes will be unveiled Monday, April 3.
