'Game Of Thrones' Murder Mystery Coming To Peddler's Village

Previews of the parody show begin Friday, June 7, at the Cock 'n Bull restaurant in Peddler's Village.

NEW HOPE, PA — Forget the Iron Throne. The struggle for The Barcalounger is about to begin.

If you're missing your weekly "Game of Thrones" fix now that the epic series has wrapped up, you can soon get a silly, spoofy fix in Peddler's Village, which will be hosting a murder-mystery dinner inspired by the hit HBO fantasy show.

"Crime of Thrones" will begin previews starting at 8 p.m. on Friday, June 7, at the Cock 'n Bull restaurant in Peddler's Village. It's located at Rt. 263 and Street Road in Lahaska.

The show will let attendees help solve a presumably bloody murder in a GOT parody performance.

"Now that the battle for the Iron Throne is over and peace has been brought to Westeros and Essos, all of our favorite characters (or what is left of them) are enjoying the serenity that the truce between the dynasties has wrought," the show's description reads. "In fact, they have found that they have much more in common than they thought, and they all ultimately agreed that the Iron Throne was ridiculously uncomfortable and should be replaced. The Throne has been traded out for a Barcalounger that Dani found on sale – and it even has a cup holder!"
