Get Pumped For Thanksgiving 5K In Lambertville, New Hope
Runners will fill the streets of Lambertville and New Hope later this month during a Thanksgiving Day 5K race.

Runners will fill the streets of Lambertville and New Hope later this month during the second annual 5K "Two-Town Turkey Trot" on Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 23. The event, hosted by the Delaware River Towns Chamber of Commerce, also includes a one-mile health walk.
The race gets underway at 8 a.m. at The Lambertville Station, 11 Bridge St.
The course takes runners across the Lambertville-New Hope Bridge, through the streets of New Hope, back across the bridge and through Lambertville’s historic downtown business district. It ends where it started — The Lambertville Station.

"Last year we were excited to welcome over 600 runners to our Lambertville and New Hope streets for our inaugural event. This year we hope to see 1,000 runners cross the bridge on Thanksgiving morning,"according to an event announcement from organizers.
The race will be held rain, shine, or snow.

Runners will be electronically chip timed. All participants who pre-register will receive a commemorative race shirt and medal. Prizes will be awarded to the winners.
Race registration is $35 in advance online at www.delawarerivertowns.com/run and $45 the day of the race.Proceeds will benefit Chamber activities and help support Fisherman’s Mark in Lambertville.
All race participants are asked to bring non-perishable food items to donate to the Fisherman’s Mark Food Pantry. Runners should arrive no later than 7:30 a.m.
