To show appreciation for a loved one, guests can book the Romantic Indulgence Package, available Tuesday to Sunday. This luxe package includes a bottle of premium French Champagne, an arrangement of a dozen red roses, a gourmet charcuterie board, chocolate covered strawberries, breakfast pastries and a gift-card valued at $150 for the hotel’s in-house restaurant Stella of New Hope. These inclusions will be in the room ready for guests to indulge upon arrival.

For hotel guests or those looking for a dinner that is sure to woo that special someone, Stella of New Hope, an acclaimed modern American restaurant showcasing the flavors and ingredients of the region, is serving up a mouth-watering Chef’s Tasting Menu, available February 9 to 18. The menu is available 4-9 p.m. nightly and includes four savory courses and a delectable dessert assortment for $105/person. For an additional $65, guests can opt for a wine pairing. The tasting menu will be the only menu available on February 14.
