Jack and the Giant Opens Saturday at Music Mountain Theatre

Brothers Skyler and Cyrus Carter of New Hope star as Jack and the Giant

Following a tale that has become known to generations, Jack sells his beloved cow for a handful of magic beans and when those beans are planted, look out! A beanstalk reaching through the clouds leads Jack to a magical land where a giant lives and adventure begins!

Starring as Jack is Skyler Carter, 12, of New Hope. His favorite MMT experience was playing Ralphie in A Christmas Story. Starring alongside Skyler as the Giant is his real-life brother, Cyrus Carter, 15, also of New Hope. Cyrus played Scut Farkus in A Christmas Story, but playing the Giant is his new favorite role to date. Both boys are excited to interact with the audience while they help choose Jack’s adventure.

Also starring are Addi Fowler as Mother, Emmie Herman as Goose, and Saylor Mae Olive as Milky White. Addi is 14 and attends Our Hope Christian Academy. She was last seen in Hansel and Gretel. Emmie is 14 and attends Delaware Township School. Her favorite past role is the Sour Kangaroo in Seussical the Musical. Saylor Mae is 8 and attends Barclay Elementary School.
