Job Workshop - What happens when your Talent meets your Passion?

Join us on May 21st as we work together developing a strategy and to assimilate Talent, Self Inventory, Listening and Passion for Job Seekers and those in Career Transition.

Len Deane Jr. is group facilitator. Len earned his B.S. Degree in Labor Relations, Rider University; M.S. Degree in Economic Development, Eastern University; Certified Active Listening Skill Instructor.

Len has 45 years of management experience including Human Resources Director, Plant Manager, General Manager, Management Consulting, Sales and Sales Manager; leadership experience: employment training, sales training, communication training and team building resources.

New Hope Community Church is hosting The Employment Support Group; next meeting May 21; from 7:00-9:00 P.M.; at Thompson Memorial Presbyterian Church, 1680 Aqueton Road, New Hope PA 18938

During Len’s life time of education and management experience he has learned, “if you don’t know how to listen, you will miss some of the important feedback, which can give you early clues about things that are about to go wrong in your organization, on a personal basis or in your own home.”
