Lambertville Bakehouse Reopening Under New Management
Pastry Chef Justin Dwyer and his partner Aastha Aron relocated to the area from Manhattan with plans to offer fresh baked goods.

LAMBERTVILLE, NJ — The ovens are warming up in preparation for the official re-opening of The Lambertville Bakehouse on Friday, Sept. 6.
Pastry Chef Justin Dwyer and his partner Aastha Aron recently relocated to the area from Manhattan with plans to offer fresh baked goods that serve the needs and taste buds of the local community.
The Bakehouse’s opening menu includes classic bakery goods like croissants, sourdough bread, muffins, pound cake, scones, biscuits, and cookies. Coffees, teas and juices will also be on offer to complement the baked items.

Their produce, including dairy, seasonal fruits and other fresh ingredients will all be locally sourced.
“We will be catering to the local community while also partnering with local vendors to serve the community,” says Justin, the new owner and baker.

They also plan to offer custom orders for pastries, cakes and other baked goods as things take off.
“Being able to own and open a bakery has always been a dream of ours,” says Aastha. “Food has always been a way for us to show and share love, care, and support. We look forward to getting to know our new customers and becoming a part of the community.”
Justin and Aastha were drawn to the area after a weekend trip to town. They love the Lambertville lifestyle, the town’s walkability, its friendly residents, and welcome its change of pace to life in New York City.
The opening schedule for The Lambertville Bakehouse, located at 61 N. Main Street, Lambertville, NJ, is Friday, Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 6, 7 and 8 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. The weekday schedule is yet to be determined.
