Man Linked To Properties Searched For Missing Men Arrested On Firearms Charge

Cosmo DiNardo, 20, of Bensalem has been charged with a firearms possession offense.

BENSALEM, PA — A man linked to both properties that have been searched for four missing men has been arrested in Bensalem, court documents show.

Cosmo DiNardo, 20, has been charged with a firearms possession offense, court records show. DiNardo lives at the Bensalem home that was searched earlier Monday, and his family owns the Solebury property in the area of Aquetong and Lower York roads, according to sources and a report by 6ABC.

He remains in Bucks County prison after being unable to make bail, which was set at 10 percent of $1 million.

According to an affidavit obtained by 6ABC, DiNardo was in possession of a Savage Arms 20-gauge shotgun in February. DiNardo is "known to suffer from mental illness and was involuntary committed to a mental institution for inpatient care and treatment," the affidavit said.
