Man Shoots Himself At Hunterdon County Gun Range: Prosecutor

HUNTERDON COUNTY, NJ -- A man died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound Monday afternoon at a Hunterdon County gun range, Prosecutor Anthony P. Kearns III said.

The fatal incident happened around 2:30 p.m. at Tactical Training Center in Raritan Township.

According to Kearns, when Raritan Township police arrived to the shooting range on Minneakoning Road,they discovered the victim had died of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.

The identity of the victim has not yet been released.

The incident remains under investigation.
