More Than 300 Artists And Artisans To Showcase Works At Tinicum Festival

Visitors will enjoy works by more than 300 artists and artisans, live music, a banquet of food trucks, and plenty of fun.

TINICUM TOWNSHIP, PA — The Tinicum Arts Festival returns this weekend with two days of regional artists and artisans.

Held at Tinicum Park, visitors will enjoy the works of more than 180 regional artists inside the historic art barn, more than 130 artists and craft artisans under the trees, treasures at a white elephant tent, and literally thousands of volumes at the book wagon.

The festival also features a silent auction highlighted by eight luxury travel packages, food and drink choices from Wild Fern, Toffee, Sandy's Scoops, Honey Moon, Fenchtown Cafe, Bamboo House, Chez Daniel, and lots more, and special activities for children.

Performing live on stage at the festival will be the Cherry Lane Band, Michael Arenella Quintet, the Cloudburst Band, Big Chill, Mike Montrey Band, Barefoot Bobby and the Breakers and others.

The Tinicum Arts Festival is the primary fundraiser for the non-profit Tinicum Civic Association. The festival is planned and run by volunteers. Proceeds are used to maintain the 1832 Stover Mill in

Erwinna and to benefit more than 30 other non-profit organizations that serve Tinicum Township.

The festival will be open on Saturday, July 12 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday, July 13 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission is $10 for adults and $1 for children 6-12. Children under 6 and parking are free.

The grounds are wheelchair accessible. Pets and bicycles are not permitted within the Festival grounds.
